15M babies are born prematurely every year.
Two things are essencial for their development: the incubator and human skin-to-skin contact. Problem is, the very thing that helps them develop most, also separates them from their parents' touch.
As skin experts, NIVEA knows how crucial a parent's skin-to-skin touch is,
so we decided to make a difference in these babies' early fight for life. Working with preemies specialists in Germany, we created a prototype that mimics a parents' touch inside the incubator.
